Stor-Oslo Management was founded at the end of 2009 in connection with the restructuring of Stor-Oslo Eiendom. The company primarily focuses on identification, analysis and developing of new property  projects, together with close business partners.  The company plays an active role as minority investor and asset manager.

The company has signed contracts with 14 different project development firms regarding development and business management, the total development potential being approximately 4 mrd. NOK.

This provides us with the best possible qualifications for creating and developing interesting investment opportunities in the Norwegian property market.

The company is owned by the partners of the Stor-Oslo Eiendom and has at the present time a staff of nine.
