Stor-Oslo Prosjekt was founded by Arild Rygg in 2001. Since then, the company has been involved in a number of large residential and commercial projects in the Oslo region on behalf of industrial and financial players. The company cooperates closely with large property companies such as Entra Eiendom, IT-Fornebu and Norwegian Property.

At the present time, the company is involved in commercial and residential property development totalling more than 250 000 square metres, with an estimated project cost of nearly four billion NOK.

The single largest project under construction is a new office building for IT-Fornebu, which is to be leased to Statoil.

The company has 16 employees, of which 8 are active partners. In addition, the company cooperates with other enterprises in hiring resources as required.
